Job Title: Web Developer Location: Dhaka Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Thursday Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a strong technical background, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Design, create, implement, and manage websites using popular WordPress builders such as Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
Customize themes and develop custom plugins.
Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices.
Implement security measures and conduct regular security audits.
Manage website content and provide user training and support.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to integrate digital strategies.
Debug and resolve compatibility problems, bugs, and errors.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
- Or Diploma in Web Development
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in software companies, IT-enabled services, or AI troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 27 to 40 years.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Experience in WordPress theme and plugin customization with Elementor.
- Knowledge of responsive design and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Digital Garage are an added advantage.
- Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Sound knowledge in WordPress site development using Elementor, Divi, Beaver, and Thrive Builder.
- Experience in WordPress multisite.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Skills & Expertise:
- Bootstrap, HTML5 & CSS3, jQuery, UI/UX Design, Web Front-End Development.
- WordPress, WordPress SEO, WordPress Theme and Plugin Development.
- WordPress theme development and customization.
