Khalid Muktadir

Khalid Muktadir is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with over 10 years of experience in legal and compliance practice. He provides advisory services to clients across a wide range of legal, regulatory, corporate, and compliance matters, delivering practical, strategic, and business-oriented legal solutions.

Prior to focusing on his legal career, he spent another nine years in Sales and Distribution Management, where he developed strong expertise in commercial operations, communication, and risk management—skills that now complement his legal advisory practice. During this period, he worked with both local and multinational organizations, including MGH Group, Reckitt Benckiser, and VEON/Banglalink.

Mr. Muktadir serves as an Independent Legal & Compliance Adviser to our Company on a non-exclusive, assignment-based basis. His role is strictly limited to providing professional legal and compliance advice on matters specifically referred to him.
