Eligibility Criteria

Required Documents

  1. Identity documents: Passport, birth certificate.
  2. Job offer and employment documents: Employment contract, job offer letter.
  3. Educational documents: Degrees, diplomas, transcripts.
  4. Proof of work experience: Reference letters, pay stubs.
  5. Language proficiency test results: IELTS, CELPIP.
  6. Proof of funds: Bank statements, financial documents.
  7. Business documents (for entrepreneurs): Business plan, proof of investment, net worth statements.
  8. Police certificates: From all countries where the applicant has lived.
  9. Medical examination: Proof of health examination by an approved panel physician.

Application Process

  1. Create a profile: Register an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the desired stream.
  2. Invitation to Apply (ITA): Receive an ITA if you meet the criteria.
  3. Submit application: Complete the online application and submit all required documents.
  4. Assessment: SINP reviews the application.
  5. Nomination: If approved, receive a provincial nomination.
  6. Apply for Permanent Residence: Submit the nomination to the federal government (IRCC) for processing of permanent residence.
